Our business name is actually Oh So Charming(Pty) Ltd t/a ten.eleven.twelve.

So when you see the name on your PayFast invoice, you know it’s us!

That brings us to:

PAYMENT METHODS

We use Payfast as our gateway. You have two options for payment:

Instant EFT and Credit Card. Regret, no Debit Card facilities as yet.

Once you have placed your order and settled payment, please know that every thing we

do is;

Handmade with love

Because we hand make very item we create for you, the product(s) you receive might

vary slightly from the product pictured.

Should it reach you and be damaged;

Returns – damaged goods

Should an item bought from this store be defective or broken on arrival and you wish to

return them, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of the date of delivery, provided it

is functional damage (broken zip, loose stitching, etc) we cannot unfortunately exchange

goods that have been damaged in the home environment. We require a

collection/redelivery address and suitable contact details when requesting a new item, as

the damaged item will be collected when the new item is delivered. Please allow two

weeks for replacement, unless otherwise stipulated. Please mail all queries to

Delivery

We offer a door-to- door courier service in South Africa only using The Courier Guy.

Shipping tariffs below are for all items where “free shipping” is not stipulated.

Local overnight flyer usually take 1 to 2 days from dispatch to city center’s and 2-3 days

to outlying areas.

Shipping Costs

R85.

Please note a 21 day lead time on all items sold on pre-order and 14 day on all items

sold normally through our store.
